The Other Side • Magazine design
As a founding member of The Other Side Magazine, I worked with a nurturing pride and dedication on all aspects of its design. What began as a 16-page saddle-stitch black and white ‘zine printed on a neglected office printer late at night and handed out to sleepy morning commuters on the Northern Line in time became a full-colour, 48-page perfect bound behemoth that shocked, thrilled, tickled and tantalised in a way that the slew of existing underground paper ephemera could not.
With flyers, posters and countless page layouts now under my belt for this successful, grassroots mag I found myself co-managing a team of dedicated artists and designers while continuing to create designs filled with eye-caffeine.
